When should I sign up for recruitment?

You should have at orientation. Make sure to email your SOUL if you didn't! Orientation is the only place you can! You must before the school year starts or you can't rush!

Is it better to sign up at a particular time in the semester? Would it be best to get it out of the way now?

It's completely up to you, if you'd like to register and get it out of the way (or so you won't forget in the future) I'll register now!
