This might seem harsh but this is the nitty gritty and don’t take it too seriously this rush seemed like everyone fell into the right place.
Top:
Aphi, theta
Upper top/middle:
DZ, Zeta
Axo, DG
Kappa, KD
Middle:
Axid,Phi mu
Piphi, Adpi, Gphi
Bottom:
Chi o, aoii, Tri delt, phi sig
This is just how it is from looks of the new pcs as well
Dg did get some good looking women but also some background noise. Hate to say they did not go all the way to the bottom as we would like.
PiPhi has started fresh and kept a similar looking new pc. I do think they outrank some of these lower tiers even though they are new. I would say they will continue to get better picks.
DZ definitely took axos spot in top.
Zeta may be a close second but kappa game them a run for their money.
KD has their own look of girls and I think in all honestly they are doing very well!

agree KD has done a great job the last couple of years but I cannot agree that they are in the same tier as AXO DZ and Zta and Kappa.
They are with Phi Mu. KD wants sooooo bad to be with lower top but they need someone in that tier to do a "DG" and fall real bad for them to actually move up

Agree on Pi Phi completely. People who rank them all the way bottom just because they’re new are so delusional. You’re telling me you’re going to look at Pi Phi compared to AOPi and Phi Sig and say it’s below them? Simply not true. PNMs that rush and don’t get top houses are much more willing to choose Pi Phi, even though it’s new, over the bottom tier sororities and that’s why they got a better PC this time around. I wouldn’t go as far as to even call them mid yet, they’re still lower mid-bottom, but there’s absolutely no way you can say it’s THE bottom sorority.

Pi Phi mom here and I was all over facebook whining last year saying “my girl was dropped” when we all know you’re guaranteed a bid. I can’t accept that my daughter isn’t as hot as she thinks she is. I have been waiting for this year to rank my daughter as mid! I’ll be back next year to say she’s top! And that’s the nitty gritty of it all
