Each group can be rearranged anyway depending on if you factor involvement/niceness or looks/popularity more. Either way you have to consider both factors, so nobody is moving out of their groups.

This is the first rank on here I can get behind as long as each line is interchangeable. AXO APhi and Theta belong together. Same with ADPi AOii and TriDelta. You can’t break them up because they recruit similarly within the line even if the vibes are completely different within the line. Not sure I’d have PhiMu that high, but I appreciate the symmetry.
