Phi Tau doesnt have a house next year and neither does SAE. Theta Chi is definitely better than KA especially after KA graduated their senior class. Sig Pi is definitely better than KA and SAE and Sig Ep belongs higher than FIJI and Phi Delt.
If you dont think phi tau and sae will disappear this semester youre living in a dream world. Plus why is everyone forgetting that Phi Tau doesnt have Nash or Dew anymore? They have halfway and thats about it

You can't lump everything into one tier. For example, SAE and Phi Psi are both top but they are arguably on different levels. I think most people can agree that TKE is somewhat better than DU PiKapp etc. but not quite with DTD Pike ADPhi. Same goes for Lambda. Just trying to make this as accurate as possible in that sense.
