On the rise:
fraternities: Phi delt, KA, sig ep, kappa sig
Sororities: AXO, PI PHI, Kappa
On the decline:
fraternities: Phi tau, sae, fiji, sig chi
sororities: theta, dz, zeta

HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AXO. AXO is falling faster than any sorority. Kappa isn't rising, they're the same. Theta and DZ are certainly not falling, they're the same. Pi Phi, Alpha Phi, and Zeta are undoubtedly on the rise, and fast. Not to mention every one of those frats listed as rising are actually on the decline, except Sigep. and sigpi and theta chi should be added to the rising list

I'm pretty sure the only person to agree with this would be the poster. Or an AXO since they're all delusional.
The general census agrees on the following:
1. Theta is consistently best
2. AXO has been struggling the past two years, DZ may be getting into muddy water but is still staying afloat
3. Pi Phi has done phenomenally the past two years after coming back on campus
4. Kappa is consistently a snore fest
5. A Phi and Zeta have done well the past two rushes

Pi Phi hardly "came back" to campus, they didn't leave and just had a year of suspension. I agree that they are top, but they pretty much always have been.
DZ is slipping, and Alpha Phi, while definitely great, is remaining pretty consistent.
