move phi felt way down, theta chi up, drop dtd and beta, move sig nu up.

Beta won't have a pledge class at all and their last pledge class will be rushing other frats, they are literally done.

I actually agree with this. phi tau is absolutely not gunna be top house, and phi psi is definitely holding that spot for at least another year. other than that the second row all mix with top sororities, throw down in their own way and do their own thing. ever since sig chi, tau, and sae got kicked off, frats started becoming equal.
