houseless frats

How are the houseless fraternities here? Like Alpha Sig, Lambda Chi and Sig Tau?

Lambda isn't that bad and is kinda improving alpha sig is nothing to talk about and never even heard of that last one so there's that

Lambda's improving, sig tau has a pretty big jungle party first semester every year. Never heard anything about Alpha Sig.

Small chapters in terms of membership. they are night and day compared to the chapters with houses, even the bad ones. They tend to take a lot of goobers just to improve their numbers. Would not recommend any of these. Keep your dignity and rush a chapter with a house. Plus there is no experience quite like living in the fraternity house.

I would say Lambda is the only relevant fraternity without a house. I heard they were taking Theta Chi's matchbox/house soon but I don't know anything for sure. Idk about sig tau and alpha sig.
