freshmen reality check
by: See ya in the fallThe rankings on here are accurate, but you would be ignorant to think that you will have the top 3 in your pref. You will most likely have 3 sororities from 2 or 3 different "tiers". The sororities may be ranked but there is a lot to consider when joining a sorority, so don't make a big deal about how high/low rank the sorority you want is. By senior year, you'll feel stupid for going on this website. The sororities know where you will fit best, better than you know the sorority so keep an open mind.

Woah chill out psycho. Sounds like someone didn't get asked back to houses they wanted. I'm giving girls REAL perspective coming from my real life experience. I'm sick of seeing posts like this trying to scare freshmen acting like nobody gets to pref all top houses. Tons of girls do. I simply stated what my top 3 is and you must think those are great houses too if you think I'm bragging

Completely agree. I never knew about this site til after rush and it was so funny to me because I had put a top sorority in my bottom 4 after the open house round. You just know what houses you mesh better with and I'm so happy with my "middle/bottom" sorority and they'd been in my top 5 favorite sororities all throughout rush

This is so true though. I remember going through recruitment of course girls loved Theta and APhi but there were a ton of girls that loved Phi Mu and Chi O and Gamma Phi too. The ranks are only about who's hottest or parties the hardest, they don't say anything about the character of each sorority. I remember going through I put two "Big 6"s in my bottom four, along with a middle tier and a bottom tier because that's what felt right after open house. Don't let ranks on a website determine your choices going through rush.

Shut up. This post was meant to give some perspective and people so worried about petty things and you just kind ruined that. No one cares about you had you just sound like you want to brag.
