Am I the only one who thinks Theta is overrated? I don't see why so many people think they are number 1, a lot of girls ditch them in pref round for other sororities and I think theres other sororities with better pledge classes..

This is so stupid. A lot of girls don't "ditch them" most PNMS get cut by Theta first round, and you must've been one of them. I got cut from theta too but I didn't care because I'm nothing like any of those girls and automatically knew I wouldn't fit in there so it didn't matter, but you sound really bitter. This post and the one about DZ and ones about AXO or any specific sorority has to stop.

I'm a girl in another top sorority and Theta is one of the most respected sororities on campus. They always do well during rush and a vast majority of girls are cut by them during rush instead of cutting them themselves.

I agree with this. I have a lot of friends in theta and I think the reason they're so well respected is because they're not just "top tier" socially, they're very involved and smart and classy. I know tons of girls who wanted to be theta so I don't see how they're overrated

I would disagree with that. I think DG got a ton of the most coveted girls this year, therefore they are not overrated. I think PiPhi also got a lot of great girls, however Theta I thought was questionable. I am not in any of those sororities btw

It comes down to opinion of who is number one, but 90% of people would agree it's between DG and Theta, depending on opinion. Theta is a great sorority, as is DG, and both of these are in a league of their own. But you can't argue they are both top.
