Kapp buying Sig Pi house

So rumor going around is Kappa bought the Sig Pi house and is in the process of painting it white and putting cute flower planters on all the windows. Is this true?

National panhell parity rules would not allow. That’s also why sororities have suites not houses here … agreement between national panhell and uni. Those southern srat houses are gorgeous but expensive to maintain and insure. Suites keep costs down.

a friend whos dad went here says Sigep is buying the house as an annex and will have their guys living there before the end of the year
