There is no “Official Rank”. Any rank is just made up by someone. And that someone is trying to put a positive spin on their chapter. Which is fine - be proud of your chapter. Unfortunately, that often means they end up speaking negatively about other chapters intentionally or unintentionally. Just know all the ranks are completely made up. You can post an untrue thing a hundred times, it doesn't make it true. There's no criteria to the ranks. No chapter is good at everything. Every chapter has its own strengths and weaknesses

I mean who didn’t know this? But gpa rankings are real; panhell awards are real; recruitment numbers are real. Not all ranks are fake

But what is true is the DG racism scandal and that rank for DG is 100% correct. No one except girls who had nothing left at pref took bids to DG.
