by: RushI think this site should be used for something more useful than just tiers and arguing, like answering questions that PNMs (girls or guys) may have before rush this year. If any incoming freshmen have any questions, feel free to post or comment! Even though we all act like we hate each other, we really do love helping everyone find their Greek homes.

You'll for sure get a bid somewhere! If you rushed last year and dropped, just don't tell them that. Tell them it's the first time you're rushing, because sororities will get turned off if you rushed last year and didn't end up joining anything. Even the big 6 all accept at least a few sophomores. You'll be totally fine!

First impressions are definitely important. But that being said, don't let that scare you! Every sorority does it differently and asks back a certain number of girls after open house, some more than others, but ultimately everyone ends up with the same number of about 60 girls in a pledge class. Just go in with confidence, look presentable, be yourself, and you'll be totally fine!
