This is just my opinion. It could be right or wrong, but I think we can all agree on the general tiers and on the fact that a lot has been changing and will continue to do so this coming year.
Interchangeable in tiers:

DG Pi Phi Theta
APhi AXO
DZ
Zeta
Kappa
KD GPhi
Phi Mu Chi O
ADPi
AOPi Tridelt
AGD

I know that there are a lot of sororities in their own tier. I think everyone can agree that:
- DZ is still doing okay, but not quite top tier
- Zeta is getting better, but not yet on par with DZ
- Kappa has not been doing so well, but they're still above KD/GPhi
-AXO and APhi are basically the same in ranking, it just depends on you ask. It's like an "old vs. new" kind of thing.
- I put Pi Phi in the top because I think they belong there. They're not quite as good as Theta or DG yet, but they have been getting good PCs and cleaning up their act, whereas a lot of people think DG is falling. We'll see how rush this year plays out for them.
- Tridelt and AOPi are very similar. AOPi has been getting cute girls lately, but Tridelt is new and may draw some good girls that want to rebuild it and try to make it a good sorority.
- ADPi and Chi O are very similar, I just think Chi O has a better overall reputation.

I think this is a pretty accurate breakdown, but let me know your thoughts!

I think this is wrong for the top tiers. I think theta and DG are in a tier of their own, DG had a much better PC than Pi phi for sure. I think Pi phi should be with AXO and APhi and I agree DZ should be on it's own

I think this is really accurate. Maybe give Pi Phi their own tier under Theta/DG but above AXO/APhi. But in response to above, I know a lot of guys who were very unimpressed with DGs pledge class. I think DZ/Zeta/Kappa order is spot on.

The only change I would make would be like the person above said and move Pi Phi down one

Theta should be number one, g phi before kd, and adpi before chi o all based on newest pledge classes,'involvement, sorority pride (wearing letters), etc.
