Fixed it. SAE bottom tier just like DG. Actively choosing to hang with DG

Top: Theta Chi, Sig Chi, Pike, KA, D Chi, Alpha Delt, Fiji, TKE

Mid: Lambda, Pikapp, DU, DSig, SigEp, Beta, ASig, Chi Psi

DU and Dsig similar but DU owns their house and DSig rents Delt house so DU have the edge. Same reason why Pikapp should be above Lambda. Lambda living situation is just weird. Housing security for frats matters.
