Could be a rumor but I heard their exec said f it and is renovating sig pi’s house to make it their own. Bump if you’ve heard this

It won’t happen. National sororities actually do not want houses for their chapters. It’s expensive to maintain and insure. Also, there are equity rules so one gets a house, they all get a house.
