This is the stuff everyone wants to ignore, this was posted on an actual news site. It’s despicable what’s said about these girls. And if your next thought is why won’t they address it? They did. It’s an open legal investigation, some of you should be ashamed. Search it if you don’t believe it

the harassment crime was filed by the girl who received the text not the one who sent it, and yes that report is public. You were almost there

This is from a news article when it first happened and was under investigation. “Claiming” something isn’t “proving” anything except a poorly written article. She claimed her boyfriend did it first. Then, when that didn’t work out for her, she blamed her roommate.
