This list is a joke. Put phi tau and sig pi behind phi psi, and put sae in the 4th spot of the top tier. You might as well take phi delt off this list bc the pledge class they just got is terrible, and the sophomores blow too so they have no redeeming qualities. fiji is first in the second row followed by theta chi. good pledge class, and fiji island was probably the best party of the year.
