I think their alum advisor was too busy having a baby to do any "advising" for the chapter scandal. Some of the blame is on her for not doing her job.

Well others could have stepped in and made it better - instead they made it worse, yes. But the root problem itself started in one place. The others just made it worse. And then the entire new MC this year is an entire problem in itself because they CHOSE a chapter with an ongoing racism issue. So a bunch of separate problems, and each has responsibility in itself

Everyone in the MU Greek community this year who has continued social etc because they are allowing silence and not forcing the members to demand answers. MU Greek can’t self police let’s not blame this on an outsider who had a baby. Do the right thing
