will pi phi be able to do formal recruitment in the spring, because if so that’s gonna rattle the tiers a little

It won’t, because it takes at least 2 years of formal recruitment to be “normal” again (at the bottom of rankings). Piphi will be in bottom three chapters until at least 2026

i think we know it’s not gonna change the top tiers but it is gonna boost some lower tier sororities into middle tier and give pmns more options
