Do sorority's put a larger consideration on legacies than on other girls? Is is easier to get into the sorority if you are a legacy?

Sort of. They definitely pay more attention, but it doesn't guarantee you'll get in. I came in as a legacy to Theta, DG, and Pi Phi (which was probably just unlucky since they're three of the most selective on campus) and I got cut by all three by pref round. But don't limit your options to where you're a legacy- I absolutely LOVE where I am now and would not have guessed that I would have ended up in my sorority because I thought I was going to join one of my family sororities.
