KSIG AXP Sammy Chi Psi and anyone else

Frats have to have a new pc and a house to be fair
Not much to really say about any of them because they all look and act alike anyway

DG Theta
AXO Zeta
Kappa PhiMu DZ
Gphi KD
Chio Axid
Adpi DDD
AOii Phisig

Chio had potential to rise with Bitsy but they missed their mark
Axid got a really good pc so i think lower mid is fair
Kappa and Phi Mu passed DZ slightly but still same line
There is nothing special about DG or Theta but for some reason they are still top
AXO and Zeta got a lot of the great girls that weren't dirty rushed by the top two
And remember Miami is known for its beautiful student body so it's easy for chapters in all tiers to have beautiful pcs
