2023 ranks assuming APhi is gone

can change between lines. tops and bottoms didn't change much but KD and ZTA did much better than expected and chi o and g phi did worse. Phi mu and kappa stayed the same.

Confused how KD is that high, look at the numbers. Gphi and Kappa had the best numbers for recruitment.
