Alpha Chapter update please

You seem to post here a lot with delusions of Phi Tau magically hopping into top tier immediately after a reorg. I don’t know how Phi Tau did but consider the following and draw your own conclusions. From the Phi Tau rush info they only provided a tour of the house but have not moved in. DKE, Phi Delt,and K Sig all have their houses back and reorgd within the past several years with mixed results so Phi Tau does not stand out. In fact, there seemed to be no buzz at all about Phi Tau leading up to rush. Plus Phi Delt seems to have already cornered the diversity moniker. Frat rush numbers were down 30% this year and a lot of houses struggled. Finally, it takes years to develop strong friendships with sororities which Phi Tau has barely begun. Prepare for a long, slow rise up the frat food chain, if ever. Now go away!

Phi tau is not doing well. KA first lived in phi delts house but phi delt is ok because their house is nearly indestructible. Phi taus house is so old that once KA moved out the damage was irreversible. It would be cheaper to bulldoze it and start from scrap. Like one of their houses pillars was knocked down lmao. Also they came back at the worst time possible. With low pnm numbers across the board they will have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for the creatures that didn’t get a bid anywhere else for a while. I hope this is a troll, because if not you’re really not helping the returning Miami Phi Tau chapter with this post. Just let them figure it out themselves, ffs.
