There isn’t really a clear top tier anymore. Pike and theta chi are really the only “top” above ground right now. Sig ep is not top you can’t be a “top” frat with no house and have your chapter on the verge of being revoked by nationals. I could believe like 60-70. 80 is pretty high

I think 600 ish has been the number of rushees the last 3-4years. Assuming at least 50 did not pledge,or pledged with an unrecognized pc than you are only looking at an avg pc size of 24 across the 23 recognized frats.

This, but also factor in that many good houses are taking around 5-10 underground pledges as well.

Would say this is about right since no clear top tier anymore with lots of former top struggling with sig ep and Ka homeless and no official sae and sig pi pledge classes. Too much competition to get above an 80% bid accept rate.
