Mostly by the parties and having a ton of attractive girls around (Ie having multiple top tier sorority girls supporting your frat). Academics, campus involvement, and awards plays little to affect a fraternity rating.

definitely fiji but they also haze harder then dchi. regardless, they’ve both solid frats and you can’t go wrong. i assume you’re sitting on two bids if you’re asking this so you’re in a good spot, they’re both good enough that i’d just go with the guys you click better with.
