Top: aphi, axo, theta—will probably stay top
Between top and mid: DG, DZ—practically already mid, both are annoying and feel threatened by zta and phi mu because they’ll probably surpass them
Upper mid: Zeta, phi mu, gphi—On the rise, could become top if they keep it up
Mid: ChiO, KD, kappa— first two are decent, but kkg is ratchet
Low mid/upper bottom: Axid, adpi, tridelt-just meh
Bottom: aoii, phisig-self explanatory

I don't understand why theta is listed on the top. Zeta had a better pc than them last year and better than DG too.

Definitely agree with this one. This four listed at top have had the better pcs in the last couple years. Theta and DG will still have a high return rate but it doesn't mean they are a better chapter. They both have struggled trying to keep up.
