Best all around chapters are truly axo zeta phi mu. chio is doing great too.
Theta aphi and dg will always have good return rates though. There are just those types that want to be a part of surface and pretty (aphi), half fake and the other half leftover wannabes (theta) and your mom's best friends daughters (dg).
