What sorority do I join if I want to be cool/respected but not looked down upon for the sororities reputation?

Join one you like. No one actually cares about tiers outside of recruitment. I have friends in lots of sororities of different tiers.

This is the answer. Don't use recruitment to validate your self worth. You can be cool/respected in a bottom tier srat just as much as you can be disliked in a top tier srat.
