panhellenic cannot punish individuals, but your chapter will be fined and you’ll have to be deal with your chapters standards board. that beigg be said, it’s really just bars and frats that is actually enforced. nothing stopping upperclassman from drinking at their house, going to a geed friends party, having a wine night with you big ect ect
