Frats for best all around greek experience

by: real

If you want the best greek experience, join a frat that:
1. owns their house (non-profit housing corp) - not renting or a house owned by an individual. Who wants to build memories in a house that will have someone else's letters on it in a few years so you can't go back after you graduate - or worse, before you even graduate.
2. Has the numbers (25+ guys each yr) to consistently fill their house so they don't lose it due to financials
3. Can actually drink/party in their house (not just an annex)!
4. Has a pledge program (I don't mean hazing) so you can determine if there is actually a fit before committing

Only the frats below can offer this (in random order- not ranked in tiers):
Alpha Delt
Sammy
D Chi
DU
Theta Chi
Pi Kapp
Fiji
Sig Chi
Pike

I don't know if Phi Delt has the numbers or allows drinking in their house, so didn't include them. Chi Psi and A Sig have the numbers, but not sure if they own their houses or allow drinking in house. If so, you could include them too.

All the others rent, have low numbers, dry houses, no pledge process, or can't even take an official pledge class this year so avoid - and they will lie to you to get you to join so be careful!

It’s obvious all the down votes are from frats who didn’t make the list. They know they suck.
