I don’t think they had much choice on who to rush last year and year before. They had to recruit who their moms told them to, like family friends etc. It was safer to guarantee a high return by doing this than risk losing girls to other top chapters that they really wanted. They knew they would lose so they chose this route instead. They’re just kind of like a normal mid srat here.
