axo's low retention

Kind of past the point but did AXO give at least like 20 informal bids out last fall? Their chapter total was in the 140s last fall and then after spring rush they hit total over 220. So if everyone's pc22 was around 65ish that means they had to give away bids like crazy. What happened? Why did so many girls drop before last fall?
I wonder how many of the upper classmen actually went through a real bid day with so many taking informal bids.

I'd like to know. If there are problems with them I might like to keep this in the back of my mind if anything else pops up. I don't want to join a sorority that I would drop later.

nothing to think twice about. prob just girls didn't return due to masks etc...
this is no different than zeta taking a small informal last spring. Top sororities have the option to not do the open informal process because they already know who they want and they keep it more hush hush. zeta knew who they wanted and axo must have too.

Even alpha phi did informal spring 2021

Usually when they do spring informal it's because seniors graduate in December and if they do fall informal it's because girls transfer or drop and leave open bids

Actually yes they did. Their pc22 was in line with everyone else’s. They actually had less than 140 last fall. They gave a lot of girls bids last fall to bring their total up. It is what it is.

When a chapter has to give a ton of bids out fast to bring up their total they don't get quality girls. You can see this in the axo upperclassmen. This is why axo holds as a low top chapter or could even be considered top mid right now because of who they had to grab last fall. The best girls were already in Greek life and they just got a bunch of remnants to act as fillers.

If you do informal it says something. This is a fact If you lose a lot of girls before graduation. It is a fact. Doesn’t take fact girl to figure this out. And people who say stupid things about facts are just denying the truth
