What frats actually live in their house?

Almost all frats have a house. However some rent the house from another frat which can cause problems. Following are frats that actually live in the house they own: Alpha Delt, Beta, Delta Chi, DKE, DU, K Sig, Phi Delt, Fiji, SAE, Sammy, Sig Chi, Sig Ep, TKE, Theta Chi.

and FOR PROFIT. most frats set up as not-for-profit but Lambda is profittign off their brothers as investment...sick

In my fraternity even if a repair man that has the last name of an alum, guys think they're being screwed. Can't image if $100's of thousands of dollars were going into the pockets of an alum landlord instead of the frat's non-profit..... our guys would probably revolt and start destroying everything

Who would want to be in the frat housing business unless they were profitting immensely from it. Looks like the president is now alum chair of the Housing board. Conflict of interests everywhere. I see this ending poorly with A team/B team stuff. Parents better start buying the alcohol or funding parties now that their secret's out!

ya, look at the frats that were renters, alums come back now and either chapter's gone or squatting in another house. theres just no continuity
