Ive actually heard that because it might be 5-6 years until they're in good standing with the university that their nationals want to sell their house. Just rumors though, not anything concrete.

Actually considering they got caught for dirty rushing and have already been off campus for almost a year now, it makes sense for nationals to pull the house

They own their own house and it's a historic landmark. If you think they'll sell it you're an idiot. At most they'll rent it
