Return rates are only one aspect of ranks.
Sure DG had a good return after rush but that’s because FACT they dirty rushed all their moms friends daughters and legacies. You don’t end with a stand out pc when you do this, just a hodge podge pc

Besides gpa (and except for theta the other high gpa are all low return rate sororities), everything else you said was an opinion. So…. The only way to rank sororities based on fact is return rates. The more desired a chapter is the higher the return rate. That is FACT. The rest is opinion. You have some serious issues and I really think it would be best for your mental health to just take a deep breath, love your sisters and get off this site
