rush as a junior?

I'm transferring to Miami in the fall from a city school (obviously Greek life is nonexistent in most city schools). I really want to join a frat but is rushing as a junior an option? Or does that not happen?

you can def go for the niche, up and coming but not well known fraternities. id recommend ZBT, delta sigma phi. im in a top tier here but i have known some cool kids in those two who do well after college
