renting bars is first come first serve and your budget and connections to bar managers or owners. it's not based on fictional tiers. sororities you consider bottom tier have formals at brick and other nicer venues all the time, along w socials with other srats too

I’m pretty sure will wiseman’s (brick owner) niece is in aphi so that’s why those 3 always get their rentals there every weekend

DZ should be on top row, wouldnt say they are necessarily they are better than DG or Aphi though
All the tops srats have so many rentals every weekend
