What fraternities are on the rise.
by: —I want to be apart of a fraternity that is trending up, is there any fraternities that are mid to low tier that have had surprisingly good PCs recently.

Look at phi delt or du. Phi delt has been doing well since coming back to campus last year and has a good foundation to get back to where they used to be (was considered low-top before they were kicked off). Du has also gotten a lot better especially with last years class.
