The numbers are in! After this year's rush, according to Panhel numbers the tiers are the following:

TOP: AXO, DG, Theta
LOWER TOP: Pi Phi, APhi, DZ
UPPER MIDDLE: KD, Kappa, Zeta
MIDDLE: Phi Mu, Gamma Phi
LOWER MIDDLE: ADPi, XO, Tri Delt, AOPi
BOTTOM: AEPhi, AGD

Panhel doesn't release return rates, ever. You are clearly another AXO self ranking, just stop. This ranking is also from like 4 years ago,

the same person keeps commenting over and over "yeah i agree" and "spot on"...guarantee it's an AXO. sorry but it's just not the same. the top teir this past year has been theta, dg, pi phi, and then maybe AXO
