Depths of Hell: DKE, Kappa Sig, Phi Tau
Some notes for freshman:
-KA would be above Theta Chi but they house hop so the longevity is -questionable.
-Sig Ep also doesn't have a house or they would be higher.
-Sig Pi hazes the hardest out of any chapter.
-SAE only hangs with DG and fights everyone.
-Sig Chi, Phi Delt, and Beta are the alpha chapters, if that matters to you.
-Don't let Beta trick you into their business frat.
-Fiji, Sig Chi and Phi Delt have the best houses. Beta's is really nice but its Beta.
-DKE, Kappa Sig, Phi Tau are interest groups with no houses (not real frats).
-Good guys in all chapters but the bottom tier lack numbers and have no social presence so I would avoid those.
-Its your life though so go wherever you vibe.

So I read through this listing and noticed that the poster makes some claims that are demonstrably false. DKE and Phi Tau both have houses. DKE is an easy one to prove as their house sits across Bishop from Sigma Chi and its one of the larger and definitely one of the nicer houses on campus. Phi Tau owns the house on the corner of Tallawanda and Sycamore but leased it out when they had to shut down. The assumption there is that once they have numbers they will toss the fraternity they rented to and reoccupy the house. Take these reviews with a grain of salt because it seems they are often written with some self serving purpose.

Yeah you're wrong on DKE numbers they are over 35 in less than a year, and they dinged quite a few guys from rush so... yeah

sig chi cares a lot about your grades. DU bids literally every single freshman that walks through their doors rush week. The rest of that line are prob more abt where u fit in. For these 3, TKE is like preppier/douchier kind of, pi Kapp is more of a degen/stoner frat, d chi is a big mix of a lot of types of kids.

If DU took everyone who rushed them they would not have landed the solid pledge class they had last year nor would they have worked their way up to middle tier where they deserve to be ranked today. Save the lack of selectivity bs for the bottom tier houses who are actually desperate for numbers.

If Phi Tau are renting the house to KA then they don’t have a house. KA has Phi tau for another 3 years or something. The kids who rush phi tau will not live in the house that is a fact. The OP said no lie there. And yeah DKE has a house but they have under 20 guys. They don’t even count as a frat.
