KA HOUSE Issues

Why does KA move from vacant house to vacant house each year ? What happened to their original house ? Seems like this is an issue for them.

They were in Phi Delt’s house when they were kicked off. Phi Delt is now back on campus and took back their house from KA. Not sure what KA is doing next year

It’s because they are poor and have no alumni support. They’ve had a decent run but will be back to mid soon without a house of their own.

Pretty sure the old house was too broken down to live in, not sure if they are planning on renovating or not. Therefore they house hop on frats that are kicked off like phi delt and phi kappa tau. They should have phi tau for a few years
