Frats trending up

Senior srat girl here. I'm a social butterfly, so I know lots of guys in many/most frats regardless of tier. Lots of outdated frat ranks here. When my dad was at Miami KA, Sig Ep, and OX were all below the top 10 on campus. Things change. I wanted to submit a positive post (way too much negativity on this site) of frats that are clearly improving.

Delta Chi - Lots of positive buzz, great parties, and their most recent pledge class is really cool, humble, and super fun. Another strong pledge class and they could leapfrog others on their current tier.

DU - 10X better house than they were even 2 years ago. I've seen some negative posts here claiming that the only way they got the largest pledge class on campus last year was by taking anyone who rushed them - total BS! I know enough guys in their chapter plus have independent info to verify factually that they had over 100 rushees last year, they cut alot of them, and had their pledge class locked down by day 3 of rush. These are better rush stats than many/most frats. Plus their sophomores are really cool - would say they are at least on par as Pi Kapp, Alpha Delt, Pike, and others. They consistently party with middle/upper middle srats now (Gphi, etc) and currently have 85+ guys this fall. Ranking them any lower than middle tier now would be ridiculous and insulting.

Phi Delt - very impressed with their first pledge class post reorg. Very diverse, cool, and not full of themselves. Need to prove themselves during Jan rush to move up from lower tier, but very encouraged for them. Off to a great start!
