Interesting how aphi is doing informal recruitment but some bottom tiers aren't...

it's not just bottom tier sororities that do informal (ie: phi mu) it's literally just a numbers game like if your senior class was bigger than most and they all graduated you have those numbers to fill if you want them and other circumstances

It has nothing to do with what tier you are, it has to do with the number of girls panhel tells each chapter they have to take & how that compares to the number each chapter’s nationals tells them they have to take

Wrong. Panhel and nationals do not decide how many girls each chapter can take. Whether or not a chapter can do informal is determined by whether a chapter is under campus "total" (the number ALL chapters can have. It's the same number, which is usually the average or median of all sororities). If alpha phi graduated a lot of seniors, then they may be under campus total so they can do informal, and extend as many bids as spots they have to fill to get back up to campus total. A chapter can never go over campus total (except during formal recruitment, if taking quota puts them over total).

It’s because aphi has had so many girl drop out of the newest pc. I know at least 10 girls who have dropped because it was so bad
