No Theta Chi is not losing there house, there nationals own the house and when they got kicked off campus in 2006 they still lived in the house. Why would they lose their house when they are still on campus?

I'm a Lambda Sig and this is true. Our nationals bought it out from Theta Chi's nationals who was pissed at their chapter because of hazing violations and grades.
