Phi tau physically can't get into there house so probably at Nash or something and SAE at there house definitely
Just be aware IFC will be keeping a close eye on those kids who register for rush and then never accept bids and go phi tau and SAE. The 1000$ fine is a real thing

Chill out phi tau. Everybody knows you guys can't hold rush at your house because IFC is going to be watching you guys

kids were allowed to live in it last year because they were bound to leases, that is why they could still have rush in the house. Some phi tau got arrested earlier in the year trying to break into the house so it will be a problem for them to get in and try to hold normal rush there.

sae literally lives in their house and still recruit, just arent official and won't be until 2014-15.
phi tau owns the house and will probs stil have rush there.
im not in either of the frats but youre being naive if you dont think phi tau is still a power player at miami, they still manage to stay afloat after being booted, so im sure after taking the hits they did these past few months they'll rebuild.
phidelt and sigpi, please just stop. you guys did fine last year, and you will again this year. however stop phaggots and continually posting on this page to simply rip on phi tau/sae/phipsi.

They were kicked off for 2 years. It's been one. And not to mention they've gotten in trouble while off campus so that's not going to help their cause
