fun fact

by: IFC

If you are a freshman rushing this coming semester, be advised that as a sophomore, you WILL NOT be able to live in the fraternity house. Even if they are admitted back onto campus under probation, they WILL NOT have their second year live in exemption, meaning that any second year students, or more clearly defined as SOPHOMORES, will not be able to live in the SAE or Phi Tau fraternity house.

Anyone who tells you otherwise is either uninformed or lying to you. So basically anyone who comments after this contradicting this statement.

Also, if you are caught underground rushing the fraternity you have rushed will be fined $1000 which will most likely be put on you. So I'd be careful with underground rushing unless you have an extra $1000 lying around.

Good luck with rush

Love how Phi Tau and SAE is trying to brush the fact that their pledges won't be able to live in the fraternity house next year under the rug. Well known fact bros, sorry.
