There are only 6 fraternities worth rushing on the first night...

Phi Tau, KA, Phi Psi, Theta Chi, SAE, and Sig Pi

If you don't get a bid from any of them, then consider rushing places like FIJI, Phi Delt, Sig Ep, and Beta on the second night.

If you're still out of luck come the third night, then go to the places like Pike, DTD, Sig Nu, etc. Even though they're not nearly as good as the top 6, it's still better than being a GDI

I'm sure the kids on this website are exactly the ones that were all trying to recruit. And no, SAE is not worth rushing on the first night. The other 5 blow them out of the water

I would put Fiji in the Big 6 over SAE right now, although I could see SAE returning to its former self if they have a good rush or two

the only fraternities worth rushing on the first night are Phi Tau, KA, and Phi Psi. If you don't get a bid or call back from them after night #1, then I would check out Theta Chi, Sig Pi, and FIJI

ThIs is awful. Go where you like the dudes. When I rushed I met brothers in top tier houses and was unimpressed.

you guy's probably suck, why settle when you can at least give the top three houses a shot?

The difference in experiences over a four year span between one of the top 3 fraternities and everyone underneath them is so large that you need to shoot for the stars during rush

seriously there are about 10 frats that are pretty much equal. I see growing parity among a lot of frats.

I'm a sophomore in a lower tier frat and speaking from an unbiased point of view, nobody in our grade really cares or talks about phi psi or KA really. And phi tau is ridiculously overrated on this site. Nobody I know calls these three houses the top 3.

I would say only rush Phi Tau, Phi Psi, and KA on the first night. But I will say there's probably only 6 fraternities that are on a different level..

Phi Tau, Phi Psi, KA, Theta Chi, FIJI, and SAE

Those six are pretty much equal, just with different stereotypes. If you're interested in joining one of those six, then definitely rush them on the first night because their pledge classes will fill up quick
