hardest/easiest bids

Which frats are generally known to be very selective with bids, and which houses are easier to get bids at?
Which frats have the most kids rush?
Obviously I'm assuming the top houses are where most kids go but which specific fraternities are known to be tough places to get bids and which fraternities are easy to get bids (not talking houses like AEPi, ZBT, Alpha Sig, etc.)

Easiest bids to get from decent fraternities goes to Pike, Beta, Delt, ADPhi, KSig, Sig Ep and theta chi + Sig Pi but that's just because those two take like 45 kids a pledge class (mostly rejects from other top tier houses) and drop a ton of those kids during pledging which is tough because most of those kids who drop transfer. Some houses like Phi Delt or Sae actually are really selective on who they take unlike what some people say
Rushing is easy if you are a normal kid, the only houses that are hard to rush at are the 100% houses because if 1 kid doesn't like you you're finished and will never get in, and that's why there top on campus too because they have the most kids rush there and the best kids to choose from. This isn't to say you shouldn't rush one of these houses because all houses give kids an even shot at getting a bid. If you want to be in a top house rush the top houses and fall back on the houses listed above.

You guys have no idea what you're talking about. Coming from a sophomore in a good fraternity. Phi Tau and KA are definitely the hardest to get bids. They take no rejects. Phi Psi's pledge class was so bad because a majority of the kids they wanted went phi delt, sig pi, or theta chi. Mostly phi delt.

It's probably because we are the best fraternity on this campus. KA and Phi Psi are decent but no where near our level right now. Why else would I'm Schmacked choose us to party with

Thanks for the answers so far. So KA/Sig Pi/Theta Chi/Phi Psi are some of the houses I am looking at for rush (not due to the messages above), though to be completely honest I haven't really been there much. I know some kids in each of the houses, but again, I haven't really gotten to know most of the other brothers. Pike, Delt, etc. are some other options that I am looking at for day two if I don't get a bid day one.
Are my chances still low? If there's a list out there for each house, I want to be on it haha.

Yeah all those frats already have lists. Just rush all of the top tiers and see where it gets you

Everywhere has lists but I wouldn't not go to the top tier fraternities after not receiving a bid day one. Day 3 is when you should start getting desperate and go to pike Delt or adphi even though out of those three ADPhi is the only one people respect actually

While I am in one of the first four houses you mentioned, you are selling yourself short by dropping down to Pike and Delt later in rush. Socially, Phi Delt, Sig Ep, Kappa Sig, and Sig Nu (in that order) are better options than Delt and Pike. Fiji is also a good options but could be more competitve since it is a strong second tier house. While i am not sure their standing with the school and know they have fallen hard lately, SAE is still more highly regarded than all of the houses I mentioned besides Fiji and still have ties with the top sororities.
Heres how rush works- Like mentioned before all the houses no matter the tier have a list of guys who have been exclusively at that house around all semester or is like a cool legacy. The size of these lists varies depending on the house. These kids already have bids or will be automatic first nighters. Then there is the next group of kids who were not really on the radar much first semester for whatever the reason. These are kids are still good dudes and are in the mix for Phi Psi, Phi Tau, KA, SAE, Theta Chi, Sig Pi, Fiji and (occasionally, when they dont know better) Phi Delt. I have seen all these houses compete with each other to a certain degree and have only seen Fiji, Phi Delt, and Theta Chi take rejects. Usually the same kids get the bids to multiple of these houses and that is why all the top houses are pretty damn similar in terms of quality. The rejects from
these houses then disperses among the next tier and so on.

Don't listen to this kid at all. The only houses that are necessarily hard to get bids to are phi tau and KA. Whoever that kid is who just posted all of this lost all credibility when he said phi delt, because I know for a fact that they begged kids to pledge. Phi Psi will be easier since rush for them last year was a disaster. Theta Chi and Sig Pi are by no means easy to get bids to, but it's not impossible even if you didn't chill with them much first semester. And I have no idea about sae. Good luck
