Just from my perspective- based on personalities and which sororities they hang out with/what their vibe is.
KA- SAE- Alpha Delt
Theta Chi- Sig Pi- Sig Ep
D Chi- Sig Chi- TKE

I think it’s more like:
Sig Pi and Theta Chi, dirty houses, party animals
KA and SAE, slightly preppier houses, a bit more exclusive but still throw down
Fiji and Sig Ep, kind of a mix between the first two rows
ADPhi and Tke, almost next to each other house wise, guys have a good balance between school and partying
Sig Chi and Dchi, definitely more academically inclined, somewhat clean houses. Typically ranked together anyways, very similar to one another

Honestly don’t think Dchi and Sig Chi are any more academically inclined than AdPhi and TKE. I think all 4 of those are similar
