lambda house?

I'm really interested in rushing Lambda Chi but do they plan on getting a house soon?
They seem like a great group of dudes and pretty solid nationally but it's just nice to have somewhere to call a fraternity house.
Anyone hear anything about a house in the future for Lambda??

Lambda chi is not taking theta chis house, no one in their frat thinks or believes that, Chi Psi is in the old house, and rent it from lambda chi, a house is in the near future, no confirmed location as of yet. If you like the guys in Lambda Chi, check them out regardless of a housing situation.
